70 pages of tender.
One straight answer.
Drop the PDF — GeM, CPPP, mptenders, any portal. We read every page, pull out the deadlines, the money and the eligibility bars, and tell you plainly whether this one is worth bidding. Every fact quoted from the document itself.
Works with any portal's PDF
You get an answer, not a summary
Anyone can shorten a PDF. The question that actually costs you money is “can we even bid for this?” — that is what this is built around.
Bid with caution
Turnover and experience bars are firm, and MSE / Startup relaxation has been switched off.

No account needed for your first tender.
Drop the PDF
Any portal, any state. Scanned documents are fine — we run OCR in Hindi and English when there is no text layer.
Read the report
Summary, deadlines, EMD, tender fee, performance security, and the list of documents you have to attach.
Ask what is missing
Ask the document anything. Every answer carries the line it came from — and “not stated in this document” is a real answer.
Why not just search, or just paste it into a chatbot?
Tender portals help you find tenders
They are good at that. But finding a tender is not the hard part — deciding whether you are eligible is. That is usually sold to you as consultancy, by the hour. This does that part.
A general chatbot will guess
Tenders hide the real conditions in attachments and bilingual tables. A wrong number here costs you an EMD and two weeks. This quotes the line for every claim, and says plainly when the document does not answer.

What this does not do
- It does not decide for you. It reports what the document says, with the line quoted.
- It does not find tenders for you. You bring the PDF.
- It cannot read what is not in the file you uploaded — many tenders keep the real scope in a separate attachment.
- Tables in scanned documents come out imperfectly. Always check a BOQ against the original.
- It is not legal advice, and it is not a substitute for reading the tender before you bid.
Questions
Which portals does it support?
Any of them. You upload the PDF, so the portal does not matter — GeM, CPPP, mptenders, MPSEDC, Railways, state PWD, municipal bodies, PSUs. If the format is unfamiliar we simply read the whole document instead of the relevant sections.
What if the tender is a scanned image?
We detect that and run OCR in Hindi and English. It takes longer, and tables may come out imperfectly — we flag it on the report when that happens.
Do you store my tender documents?
No. We extract the text and delete the PDF straight after. Government tenders are public documents, and the analysis is cached so that the same tender is instant for the next person.
Why do you ask for a mobile number?
Your first report opens without any login. To see the reasoning behind the verdict we ask for a name and mobile number, so we can reach you about the tool. Marketing contact is a separate, optional consent.
Can it tell me whether my company qualifies?
Yes — add your company profile (turnover, years, past government orders, MSME/Startup status) and each condition is marked pass, fail, or relaxation-possible, with the clause quoted.
